Mostbete Rules & Terms & Conditions — please read before use

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Mostbete and all its users. Mostbete is a betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming licence. These terms have been drawn up in compliance with the laws of Bangladesh and all other applicable jurisdictions.

All services offered by Mostbete — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, virtual games, and bonus programs — are governed by these terms. Accessing the platform or using any of its services means you have read and agreed to abide by these terms.

Opening an account with Mostbete requires meeting certain mandatory conditions. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information — incorrect details may cause issues during account verification and could result in withdrawal delays.

Registration Requirements

• One Account: Only one account is permitted per person, address, or device.
• Accurate Information: Full name, date of birth, address, and contact details must be accurate.
• Your Account: Opening an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

Account verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal. You will need to provide one of the following documents:

If a deposit does not appear in your balance due to a technical issue, contact support immediately. Mostbete will investigate within 48 hours.

To withdraw funds from Mostbete, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• Your first withdrawal must be made using the same method as your deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours.

Mostbete reserves the right to conduct additional verification on unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests, which may include requesting further documentation.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only — not all accounts qualify for every bonus.
• Generally, a new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Mostbete reserves the right to void bonuses if abuse is suspected.
• Any unused portion of a bonus is automatically cancelled once it expires.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement is a specific multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ৳20,000 in bets.

Before placing bets on Mostbete, it's important to understand the following rules. These apply to both Sports Betting and live betting.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except through the Live Betting cash-out option.
• Odds Changes: Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. The system will confirm your bet at the latest available odds.
• Match Cancelled: If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for any related bet will be refunded.
• System Errors: If a technical error affects the odds, Mostbete reserves the right to void the bet in question.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum winnings per single event are capped — this varies by account type and VIP level.

If a leg in an accumulator or series bet is cancelled, the bet is recalculated using the remaining selections, unless the rules specify otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mostbete. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Involvement in match fixing or betting fraud.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Manipulating the system through hacking, bots, or automated software.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Misconduct toward company staff.

Mostbete reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice under the following circumstances:

• Evidence or suspicion of a terms violation.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may request account closure at any time. Any verified balance will be refunded, but bonus balance will be forfeited.

Mostbete makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service, but there are certain limitations on liability:

• Mostbete will not be held liable for any temporary service interruption caused by technical errors or server outages.
• The user bears responsibility for any missed bets resulting from internet connectivity issues.
• The user is solely responsible if their account password is compromised or accessed by an unauthorized party.
• Mostbete is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting.

Mostbete reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Any dispute relating to these terms will first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be handled in accordance with the rules of Mostbete's licensing authority.
